Delivering high quality care at home

Explore what makes us at Support Me At Home

My name is Louise Haddock, and I moved to Norfolk from Essex in 2010. I began Support Me at Home in 2012. I received my Level 5 in Health and Social Care in September 2018 and I am the Registered Manager of Support Me at Home.

We are a family run business and have been accredited by Norfolk County Council since 2014.

My daughter, Jasmin, joined me from Essex in 2020 and is our Finance Manager. Jasmin has also achieved a Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

Recently, in October 2024 my eldest daughter, Victoria, moved to Norfolk and joined our team. Victoria is an experienced probate lawyer with extensive knowledge of Powers of Attorney, Wills, Probate and the Court of Protection. She’s taking a break from her legal role whilst her children are still young and brings considerable experience of supporting older clients and vulnerable people to Support Me at Home.

Hayley joined the team in April 2021. She works closely with clients and their families to create personalised care plans, ensuring they receive the right care and support, tailored to their specific needs, to live safely and comfortably at home.

Gemma joined us in March 2020. She is responsible for finding and hiring compassionate caregivers, ensuring they are fully trained and compliant so we can provide the highest quality care to our clients.

Our competent and reliable team has a wealth of experience and knowledge to support our service users in their own home and enable them to reach their full potential. We have a very low turnover of staff and many of our carers have been with us for over 5 years. We have an excellent focus on providing a person-centered approach to care, working collaboratively with service users to earn their trust so that we can ensure their needs are catered for well.

We work with individuals, their families and alongside charities, local government, and other organisations, to provide our clients with the highest standard of care and support in their own homes. We are an accredited homecare provider for Norfolk County Council and the NHS (Continuing Healthcare), and we are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Sharon Forster – CQC inspector said during our last inspection in November 2023 that “we should be proud of the lovely service we are running”.
