SUPPORT ME AT HOME

Delivering high quality care at home

Explore what makes us at Support Me At Home

My name is Louise Haddock, and I moved to Norfolk from Essex in 2010. I founded Support Me at Home in 2012 and achieved my Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care in September 2018. I am the Registered Manager of Support Me at Home.

We are a family-run business and have been accredited by Norfolk County Council since 2014.

My daughter, Jasmin, joined me in Norfolk in 2020 and manages our payroll. She has also achieved a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Victoria joined our team in October 2024 after moving to Norfolk with her family. An experienced probate lawyer, she has worked extensively with older clients and vulnerable people, with specialist knowledge of Powers of Attorney, Wills, Probate and the Court of Protection. While taking a break from her legal career to focus on her young children, she is delighted to bring her skills and experience to Support Me at Home.

Since joining the team in April 2021, Hayley has become an integral part of Support Me at Home. She works closely with clients and their families to assess needs, develop personalised care plans and ensure the right support is in place. Her caring approach, excellent organisation and commitment to delivering high-quality care help our clients remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

Gemma joined us in March 2020 and oversees recruitment. She is responsible for finding and welcoming compassionate carers to our team, ensuring they receive the training and support they need so that we can continue delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Our dedicated team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, enabling us to provide compassionate, person-centred care that helps people remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. We are proud of our low staff turnover, with many of our carers having been part of the Support Me at Home family for more than five years. By building trusting relationships and working closely with those we support, we ensure that every individual receives care tailored to their needs and preferences.

We work closely with individuals, their families, charities, local authorities and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support at home. We are an accredited homecare provider for Norfolk County Council and the NHS Continuing Healthcare service, and we are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
